Here's what Magazine Manager offers: •CUSTOMER INFORMATION Holds ALL the information you need about your advertisers in a very easy to use format. This includes billing and contact details, advertising and editorial history. You can e-mail the advertiser directly from their contact screen which saves you having to flick between Outlook and this package. •KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED If you wish, it will produce all your letters for you, from the advertsing confirmation letter or e-mail, through to invoices and reminders. A record of any letters sent are automatically recorded in the advertisers history, so you will have a log of all contact with the individual advertiser. You can link these letters to the advertiser's information. •TO DO LIST Produces a daily "To Do" list which gives you a nudge about all the tasks and contacts you need to follow up on that day. •HOW IS MY MAGAZINE DOING? A Monthly Summary Screen which gives you a detailed breakdown of the advertising sold in any month, how much space is used and very importantly, how much money this is bringing in! The screen also shows what is booked in terms of editorial. You get concise reports which you can either give to your Graphic Designer so he or she knows exactly what needs to go in your mag - or you can use it as a handy checking tool for yourself. There are reports which give you a history of what your income has been in previous months - and what you have booked for the forthcoming ones. This is invaluable if you are selling the magazine, accurate up-to-date information of how sales have gone. |
