Magazine Manager has been built around a real magazine so it focuses on what you as an editor need it to do.

What does it do?

Magazine Manager is primarily a tool for managing your booked advertisements.

The core functionality of Magazine Manager

All you need to enter is the type of advert, the length of the advertising run and the first month of the advert. From that, you can:-

See very easily what you have booked every month as far into the future as adverts are booked.
Send an e-mail or letter to all advertisers confirming details of the booking. Push a button to do them all at once
Create all your invoices

Magazine Manager needs to know about your customers, so there is a customer management system (CRM).

You can put customers into groups so that you can send an e-mail to all those in a group at once

Invoices are created so you can track payments.
